Kanishk Krishna

Kanishk is a rising sophomore at Cal High School. He is currently working on connecting different types of sensors and interfacing them with an IoT platform. This summer he hopes to learn how to build applications that are complex in shape but smooth in flow, by using platforms and tools like Node-RED. In his free time, he likes to play basketball and soccer.

Ajith is a rising junior at El Cerrito High School. He is working on software development for mobile DoseNet radiation and climate sensors. He has an interest in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering, and works on projects in both of those fields. In his free time he enjoys pursuing photography.

Zak is a 4th year student at UC Merced, studying Computer Science & Engineering. He is interested in the databases and algorithms behind managing nuclear power and systems. This summer he hopes to learn practical skills and better understand what he might want to do after graduation when entering the work force.

Ed is a high school junior at Davidson Academy. At DoseNet, he is testing the effect of nuclear power plants on background ionizing radiation. In his free time, he likes to fix bicycles and play basketball.

Isaac is a fourth year student at UC Berkeley studying Mechanical Engineering with a concentration in Aerospace Engineering. He currently works with DoseNet/Radwatch specifically in iterative design of the DoseNet system case array.

Jonathan is a rising junior at Northgate High School, working with DoseNet radiation sensors in order to analyze/model data. He is interested in computer science, math, and music. In his free time, he enjoys playing sports or watching horror movies.

Mariah is a rising fourth year undergraduate student majoring in Pure Mathematics at UC Berkeley. She is planning on receiving a teaching credential through the CalTeach program. In her free time, she enjoys watching psychological thrillers, reading, sleeping, and solving rubik cubes.

Erone Cao

Erone Cao

Erone is a science teacher in Dixon. He received his chemistry degree from UC Berkeley, and completed his teaching credential with CalTeach. He analyzed radiation data and developed curriculum during his time at RadWatch. Hobbies include video games, anime, and tennis.

Lynn Quang

Lynn Quang

Lynn is an undergraduate student at Diablo Valley College working on implementing a new moisture sensor and updating the Dosenet repository. She hopes to transfer to a 4-year college in Fall of 2023.
